Knowing a little bit about your counselor or therapist can help you make the right choice.
I am a clinical psychologist who has been licensed in the state of Washington since 2002.
In 2010, I served at the University of Washington's Resident and Fellow Wellness Program, offering individual and couples therapy to physicians-in-training.
From February 2016 - May 2017, I served as Associate Producer of Death: The Podcast. Death: the podcast explored how death and all endings connect us more deeply with life.
My therapy practice is located in the Phinney - Greenwood neighborhood of North Seattle. I love the cozy vibe of Phinney - Greenwood, with its nearby mom-and-pop businesses, coffee shops, and restaurants. Clients often remark about how convenient it is to shop or grab a quick bite before or after their counseling session--everything is within walking distance!
My office is just ten minutes from Ballard, Wallingford, South Lake Union, Shoreline, and Greenlake. It is easily accessible via public transportation--the #5 bus stop is less than two blocks away!
